MANCHESTER, N.H. — A flash flood warning issued overnight in parts of Grafton County expired early Tuesday morning. The warning was issued for a few communities, including Lisbon, Landaff, Benton and Warren, after thunderstorms producing heavy rain dropped about 4-5 inches of rain in that area. No major flooding issues were seen, but secondary roadways could be impacted. Drivers are urged to turn around if they encounter a flooded road. In Littleton, fire officials said the streams were running a little high early Tuesday. They urged drivers to use caution during the morning.
