CONCORD, N.H. — A former school employee from Massachusetts was charged after he allegedly transported a former student into New Hampshire to engage in unlawful sexual conduct, authorities said. U.S. Attorney Jane Young said Jesus Moore, 35, of Lawrence, Massachusetts, appeared in federal court in Concord on Monday. According to court documents and statements made in court, on March 7, 2022, Moore allegedly transported a Lawrence High School student across state lines and into New Hampshire to engage in unlawful sexual conduct. Authorities said Moore was charged with one count of transportation to engage in unlawful sexual conduct. He has been released on conditions, according to officials.
