ST. JOHNSBURY — A man who’s now in jail was cited for crimes of burglary at two downtown businesses last month. Dillon Hall, 31, is accused of breaking into Railroad Street businesses Boxcar & Caboose Book Store and Champlain Farms on July 23. From the book store he is accused of stealing cash, and from the convenience store he is alleged to have stolen four cartons of Marlboro cigarettes, each worth $110. In both cases, access was gained by breaking through the glass of the front doors with a cinder block or a portion of a cinder block.  Hall is scheduled to be arraigned for the St. Johnsbury burglaries in Caledonia Superior Court on Sept. 30.
