As New Hampshire celebrates Community Development Week, the Community Development Finance Authority has awarded grants to a county and a local nonprofit. The Monadnock Village Apartments in Colebrook, owned by the Littleton-based Affordable Housing, Education and Development Inc. (AHEAD), is the recipient of $500,000 in Community Development Block Grant funding. The Coos County Nursing Hospital in West Stewartstown was awarded $300,000.
