A former St. Johnsbury car business owner denied violating the conditions of his probation for fentanyl trafficking during a hearing in Caledonia Superior Court on Monday. Tony Burrington Jr., 31, of Peacham, allegedly failed to report to the Probation and Parole office on several occasions. He is also accused of neglecting to attend domestic violence counseling sessions Burrington operated the now-closed “NEK Auto Center” on Portland Street in St. Johnsbury.
