Littleton Regional Healthcare Joins Regional Effort to Assess Community Health Needs

LITTLETON — Littleton Regional Healthcare has joined forces with three other healthcare organizations to launch a Community Health Needs Assessment aimed at identifying the region’s most pressing health challenges. The initiative is a collaboration with Cottage Hospital, Ammonoosuc Community Health Center, and Mid-State Health Center. Together, the organizations are working to gather data that will inform strategies to improve public health outcomes across northern New Hampshire.
