ST. JOHNSBURY — A man was shot outside a Concord Avenue residence on Tuesday afternoon, reportedly by someone inside a vehicle passing by. The victim, identified as Adam Belliveau by the man who called 9-1-1 at 2:18 p.m. on Belliveau’s behalf, was lying outside the residence at 217 Concord Ave. With assistance from police, CALEX medics quickly loaded him into an ambulance for transport to Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital. Belliveau, 31, was conscious and alert at the scene. Detectives ask that anyone who might have information that could assist in this case call the Vermont State Police in St. Johnsbury at 802-748-3111.
