St Johnsbury Police Arrest Man Linked to Stolen Vehicle from Littleton Applebees

ST. JOHNSBURY — A man taken into custody near the Mount Calvary Cemetery on Tuesday was charged with multiple offenses connected to a vehicle stolen from Applebee’s in Littleton, N.H. the night before. Robert Keenan, 21, who has been listed as a resident of Concord, Vt., and Littleton, N.H., is facing charges of operating without the owner’s consent, negligent operation and possession of stolen property. He was found exiting the cemetery by St. Johnsbury Police who were assisting state police in a search for Keenan.
